  • How do I redeem the rewards?Once we launch, we will send you an e-mail with a unique code which will correspond to the reward level you reached. You should use this code on the checkout page when purchasing your Nordgreen watch. Bear in mind that you can only use one code per order.

  • Which countries do you ship to?We ship globally.

  • Are taxes and duties included in the price? Yes, we’ll cover that for you regardless of your location.

  • How much will delivery cost? No need to worry, delivery costs are on us :)

  • How long will it take to deliver?Delivery usually takes between 2-5 business days.
    For each order you’ll receive a tracking number to track progress and estimated delivery dates.

  • How do I make a referral?A referred individual must complete the sign-up form and confirm his or her e-mail address in order for you to earn your reward. Please remember to always adhere to applicable law within your country.

  • Why do you collect information about my name, gender and location?Great question! When it comes to names, we simply want to keep it personal. Meanwhile, information about your location and gender will help us to ensure that only relevant updates are sent to you.

  • Why do you not protect my account with a password?We want to deliver a smooth and seamless experience. Since the voucher code will be sent to your personal e-mail account, there is no need to bother you with additional layer of protection when logging in to our referral program.
