The Pioneer is Nordgreen's take on a Chronograph, celebrating the Danish tradition of Science for Humanity, which aims to create positive change for humankind, thus working towards a greener future.
Denmark is a global pioneer in green technology advancements, driving change, and inspiring nations across the globe to do the same. With the Pioneer, we are inviting you on a journey for a better future.
The minimalist, clean dial is synonymous with the sustainable environment that we strive to live in. Third hand stopwatch, the Chronograph second hand, indicated by the red tips, are representative of the red tips found on wind-turbines, reminding us of the bond between Nordgreen and the sustainable outlook of its homeland.
The Pioneer comes in a variety of dial colors - blue, black, and white - three case colors - gun metal, silver and rose gold - and one size - 42mm, best suited for male wrists.

We give back, together
Respecting our community and the people around us is a core value that we Danes uphold with tenacity. We wanted to incorporate these values into the brand as best we could, which led us to create our Giving Back Program.
For each watch sold we empower our customers to give back to one of three causes. The unique serial number provided on the back of each watch allows us to track the impact that your donation has made.
Our Chief Designer, Jakob Wagner, has had a rather notable career collaborating with brands such as Bang & Olufsen, Alessi, Cappellini, and Moroso, to name only a few. He also has a fixed collection at MoMa in New York City. His products are being sold globally every minute of every day. These achievements speak for themselves, making him a household name within the international design community. There was no better man for the job to design our range of minimalist Scandinavian watches.
Jakob has the ability to bridge the gap between great aesthetics and functional products that each and every person can incorporate into their lives. An art that many designers struggle with, separating the good from the great.
