How can I get my Nordgreen watch repaired?

If you bought your watch from our website and believe it’s covered under the 24-month warranty, contact us at hello@nordgreen.com. Depending on your location and repair availability, we will guide you how to proceed. To help us assist you quickly, please provide:1. A detailed description of the issue.2. Photos or a short video showing the defect.3. Your watch’s serial number (on the back, starting with #).If your watch isn’t covered by the warranty, we can arrange an out-of-warranty solution for a reasonable fee.

What batteries are used for Nordgreen watches?

Here you can find the batteries in your watch.SR621SW - Native 32mm 36mm 40mm, Philosopher 36mm 40mm, Allure 20mmSR521SW - Native 28mm, Unika 32mm, Inifinity 32mmSR416SW - Unika 28mmSR927W - Pioneer 42mmSR626SW - Succession 35mm 41mmHowever, please note that we don't suggest replacing the battery by yourselves, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the case and back of the watch. Battery replacement on your own can void the warranty and we would not be able to help you in case the watch is damaged or cannot be closed again. Please visit your local watchmaker or jeweler to get the battery replaced.

Would I have to pay any additional taxes and duties?

EU members are not expected to pay any duties or taxes fee. The rest including the UK may be a subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office in order to find out the specific percentages. Nordgreen cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original protective films and packaging intact. View the full return policy here.

What is your warranty policy?

Our warranty lasts two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To file a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@nordgreen.com. You need to specify your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 business day, though fulfillment may take longer if there are issues with the provided contact or shipping information. We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs. The costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, you can choose between Standard and Express shipping. What is water resistance of Nordgreen watches?

Nordgreen watches come with different water resistance levels: 3, 5, and 10 ATM.3 ATM models: Native, Philosopher, Unika, Infinity5 ATM models: Pioneer, Allure10 ATM models: Guardian, Pioneer, Succession

How can I track my order?

We send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is fulfilled. Please note that it might take up to 72 hours for the tracking to be updated especially when postal service is selected.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Order cancellations and changes are only possible before the item has been shipped. Depending on when you contact us, it may not be possible to make changes even if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Please reach out to us at hello@nordgreen.com as soon as possible.

Watch & Strap Length Measurements

Our straps come in one size only per watch head size. We do offer different sizes of the straps such as 16mm, 18mm and 20mm, that fit with the 32mm, 36mm and 40mm/42mm watch heads respectively, and they cannot be interchanged between each other. You may find detailed strap measurements below:
