Watches, accessories, and jewelry.

All products are new, unused, and sold directly by Nordgreen.

Pricing and Additional Charges

All prices include VAT (for EU customers) unless otherwise stated.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply depending on your country of residence.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Ordering Process

Select your preferred product and quantity.
Add the product to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart.”
Review your order in the cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your contact, shipping, and billing information.
Choose your shipping and payment method.
Confirm your order by clicking “Complete Order.”
You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods (availability may vary by country):

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB
Online payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Paidy, LINE Pay, Pay Easy
Bank transfer / Convenience store payment: Available in selected regions
Other local methods: Depending on your country, additional options may be offered at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through licensed payment service providers (PSPs).

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery partners: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Sagawa Express, or Yamato Transport.
Shipping fees: Displayed during checkout. In Japan, 1,000 JPY nationwide / 500 JPY for orders above 6,000 JPY.
Processing time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
Transit time: Usually 1–5 business days depending on destination.
Delivery instructions: Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you may contact the carrier directly to arrange delivery time or date if available.

Returns and Exchanges

a. General Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

To start a return, please log in to your account or contact our support team at hello@nordgreen.com.

Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

b. Return Costs

Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Defective / incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.

A restocking fee of 500 JPY (or equivalent in local currency) may apply to customer-initiated returns.

c. Non-returnable Items

Gift cards
Items sold during final sale events (e.g., Black Friday, New Year)
Products with removed protective stickers
Gift wrapping fees
Complimentary items or gifts-with-purchase
Items that cannot be verified as purchased on our website

d. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing time varies depending on your payment provider.

Warranty

All Nordgreen watches are covered by a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.
