Why are there no silver watches in 2021?

It never was great material for watchmaking. Firstly, it is really soft, and it wears off too fast. To make it harder, it needed the addition of different materials, like copper. Secondly, by adding copper into the mix, the material begins to oxidize quickly. When in contact with the sweat of moisture, these watches left a green or blue color mark on the wearer's wrist. The third reason is tarnishing. The material tends to lose color pretty fast, and the cleaning experience is annoying. So, almost every brand turned to stainless steel. Stainless steel is an affordable, durable, and hard material. Also, it's hypoallergenic and scratch-resistant. We should know, we make all our timepieces from 316L steel.

Does Nordgreen offer silver men's watches?
