How can I make a return or exchange?

You have the right to request a full refund or exchange on all products bought on our website within 14 days from the date of delivery.
* Black Friday/Christmas Exception: Orders placed between the 14th of November and December 24th, 2021, are eligible to be returned for an exchange or refund until January 7th, 2022.
Please proceed your return request on our Returns Center
The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen holds the right to additonal charges if returns do not meet this criteria.
Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen to the customer must be used within 14 days of the shipping labels creation date. Shipments chosen to be shipped with own courier need to be sent out within 14 days. Nordgreen holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this time frame.

Are returns or exchanges free of charge?

If you select our standard free shipping delivery, then yes!
It can be exchanged for a product of all (equal/lesser/higher) value. We will refund you the difference for lower priced items or invoice you for the difference for a higher priced product.

How will I know that Nordgreen has received my return?

We send an email update as soon as we have received your goods. Processing your refund or exchange usually takes 2-7 working days.
Please be aware that free postal returns can take around 2-3 weeks to get delivered back to Nordgreen.

We ship anywhere in the world aside from the following:
India & Mexico

To most of the EU countries express delivery time is 1-3 working days and non-EU countries 2-5 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is always free! However, prior order confirmation, you will be able to select expedited delivery options and review the prices for each option.

Where and/or When can I track my order?

When your order is packed, you will receive shipping confirmation email. An email will include the tracking link.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate with our express shipping options. If you have ordered via postal service then it can take up to 48-72 hours that excludes weekends.

Nordgreen warranty covers only the manufacturing defects on the watch itself.

The batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last around 2 years. The battery life-time depends on external factors such as, but not limited to external temperature, humidity, air pressure.
Battery changes are not considered as a warranty repair service. Batteries can be found at electronics stores, watchmakers or jewelry shops.

If you have other warranty & repair questions

For warranty repair, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible. You can simply contact us via contact form below or at hello@nordgreen.com. Please explain the error in-depth as possible. In case of evident defect, please attach visible documentation. In addition, let us know your unique serial number that you find on the back of your watch.

If your watch is damaged in a manner that is not covered by warranty terms, please email our support team via contact form or at hello@nordgreen.com and we will arrange out of warranty resolution for a reasonable fee.

Are your watches unisex?

Yes. All of our timepieces look great on everyone. However, typically 32mm is best suited for women, 40mm/42mm are better suited for men, and 36mm watches look great on both.

Watch measurements per watch and strap

Nordgreen straps come in one size only. We do offer different sizes of the straps such as 14mm, 16mm, 18mm and 20mm, that fit accordingly with the 28mm, 32mm, 36mm and 40mm watch heads, and they cannot be interchanged between each other.

What if my leather strap is too short?

We are sorry to hear that, but luckily we do have XL version of the 18mm leather straps that suits our 36mm watches.

If, by any chance, you cannot find it, please contact us at hello@nordgreen.com or LiveChat, and we will be happy to send it once again.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible - that is usually within 24-hours. However, due to the high sales volume, it may take up to 48-hours for orders to process and be dispatched.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen carrier. Upon purchasing your order, you will be able to select expedited delivery options and review the prices for each option.

Due to high volumes of shipments throughout this period, there may be longer delivery times than usual. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link to locate it. This will tell you when you can expect delivery and give you information on the order's status.

How do I use multiple discount codes?

A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional discount code as across all e-commerce based sites. If you have more than one discount code, you simply need to select one that you wish to apply at the check-out page.
If for example, you are creating your own bundle, it automatically applies bundle discount. In case you have another discount code, once you apply it at the check-out page, it, unfortunately, will cancel our automatic bundle discount.

Can I use another discount with your refurbished products?

Discount codes do not apply to refurbished products.
However, refurbished products are still offered the same 2-year warranty. In addition, you are eligible to make a donation to the preferred cause.

Carbon Neutral
