All Nordgreen products are shipped to you from Denmark via secure and trackable shipping method.
Standard shipping is always free. Free shipping will be applied at checkout, and, therefore, no code necessary. Please bear in mind that it does not include duties. EU members are not expected to pay any duties or taxes fee. The rest may be a subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please read more information about the duties here.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, therefore, we kindly ask to provide a physical address.

Remember that upon purchasing your order, you will be able to select the following shipment options: Postal Delivery (4-7 working days), Express Home Delivery (1-3 working days), Parcel Shop Delivery (1-3 working days), DHL Delivery (1-2 working days). The delivery times are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped.
We ship anywhere in the world aside from the two following countries: India & Mexico.
If for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have 14 days from the initial shipment date of delivery. The right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet this criterion.

Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen to the customer must be used within 14 days of the shipping label creation date. Shipments chosen to be shipped with their own courier need to be sent out within 14 days. Nordgreen holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this timeframe. Please be aware that Nordgreen offers two return alternatives: shipping with any courier of your choice or shipping with the prepaid return label, which is generated by Nordgreen, meaning Nordgreen covers only this method expense. Shipping expense with any courier of your choice is not covered by Nordgreen.
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order yourself, therefore, you should contact our customer service asap at email@example.com If your order has already been shipped, you'll have to return the product and proceed with an exchange, or refund.
